Job Description
Position Overview:
The Brand Ambassador, Operations role is accountable for creating and providing an outstanding customer experience that exemplifies the authenticity of Canada Goose. They will execute store functions in relation to operational efficiency that impacts the overall quality of customer experience while ensuring excellence in all areas and maintaining Canada Gooses expectations of quality and authenticity at our Aspen location!
What you will do in this role:
Contribute to stores overall target by achieving productivity standards
Achieve or exceed personal sales targets
Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication and teamwork
Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions
Demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with Canada Gooses culture
Comply with store operating procedures to minimize store shrink
Handle all Point of sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards
Ensure overall accuracy in inventory
Ensure proper organization and accessibility of Canada Gooses products
Process inbound and outbound shipment, replenishment, damages, return to vendor, etc.
Support in the overall upkeeping of physical store maintenance and standards
Effectively maintain Visual Merchandise directives
Drive Canada Goose's Net Promoter Score (NPS)
What we are looking for from you:
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer focused environment
Proven track record of successful store operations
Bonus points for experience working in high volume traffic environments for affluent and luxury brands
Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment
Good understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word and Excel
Bonus points for proficiency in another language
Salary Range:
$18-22 / hour USD
